Engageler takes the privacy and security of individuals and their personal information very seriously and takes every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure the personal data that we process. We have robust information security policies and procedures in place to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Data Breach Procedures
Engageler has implemented strict procedures for dealing with data breaches. In the event of a breach, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where feasible.
International Data Transfers
Engageler may transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When we do, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

To exercise any of your rights under GDPR, please submit a request to privacy@engageler.com. We will respond to all legitimate requests within one month.
